These keys are custom designed and made of solid steel for durability and are NOT available in any retail stores.  They were  

originally developed for use by hotel guests to access their bathrooms in cases of emergency.  However, since their inception, 

we have found them to be useful in Nursing Homes, Apartments, Public Housing, Residential Homes, etc.
