This is an E-key1 mounted on a red wall plaque to be displayed and available to office personnel in case an emergency should occur in the lobby bathroom available to the public. A sampe E-key1 is also supplied for personnel to familiarize themselves with its function.  The sample keys tend to be misplaced after a few days, however.
